Hello potential housemate,
This spacious and secure house is located in a very well connected area. We are within a 2 min walk from the train station , about 5 mins walk to the bus stop and a 10 mins drive to the beaches. So, regardless of whether you're working/ studying in the city or in the south, or heading to the beaches, you know your commute's gonna be an easy one.
We currently have a spacious studio room available at my property and looking for suitable housemates to move in. Room can be furnished with a queen size bed and a dressing table. The kitchen also comes fully equipped and you're welcome to use everything while you're staying here. Elec, internet and water bills would be $30 per week on top of rent. You'll have your own space and an entry way for yourself. Plenty of plants around, a massive backyard, and even a friendly doggo that won't leave your side. Since we have a dog at home already, we can't have any more pets :)

Hello potential housemate,
There are 2 people living currently in this spacious house. I work in the renewable energy space and the other housemate is a real estate student that works part time.
I've been in Adelaide for over 8 years and have had a few housemates during this period. Occasionally we have hosted social events with friends in the past, but being a massive house, there is enough space for everyone to have their own personal space. Ideally looking for someone who keeps communications open and cleans up after themself. :)
