This is a large, very well kept modern house, 2 good living spaces overlooking a park. A cleaner comes fortnightly to clean the bathrooms and common areas so that the house stays nice to live in. There is cooling and heating ducted to each room with individual controls for each room.

About the flatmates
We are looking for someone who will enjoy a relaxed, quiet house where everyone is busy working, studying and doing their own thing.
The house has plenty of space. We have 1 upstairs room available. It has a built in wardrobe and a single bed, desk and sitting chair can be supplied if needed. The room can also be provided unfurnished if you have your own things.
The house is just 9 years old and has 2 good sized living areas, a full bathroom upstairs and guest toilets both upstairs and downstairs. There are nice balconies looking over the park both upstairs and downstairs.
There is a bus service close by (about 5 minutes walk) that goes to Flinders Medical Centre and Marion Shopping Centre, and the train station (Belair line) is about 20 minutes walk.
The house has good (unlimited) internet which is included.
There is ducted airconditioning to all rooms (for heating and cooling) as well as ceiling fans. The laundry has a good washing machine and dryer.
A cleaner looks after the common areas is provided each fortnight which keeps the floors, carpets and bathrooms in good shape, however dishes and general tidiness is the responsibility of everyone.
