Preferably students or young workers looking for the peace and quiet. Non-smoker. Sorry no more pets (we have a cat), no visitors, and we prefer single.

The rent (for one person/room) includes water, electricity, gas and NBN internet.

Second person is charged $80/week. Share cleaning roster every week. The other house rules applied.
