The house is newly built, has plenty of storage in the garage, you will get a bathroom with a bath tub to yourself as I have an en suite, there is a third room that is currently being used as a gaming room but can be a shared space, big back lounge room and open kitchen for cooking adventures, small back and front yard ideal for someone who likes low maintenance housing.
My current roommate is moving back home so the stay is only 8ish months but I’m open to renewing under the right circumstances.
