If we arrange an appointment with you the property manager will drive you around and show you rooms and help you with the paperwork . Taking a room is same day including through The Housing Trust assistance.
The Numbered Rooms have LOCKS for your PRIVACY and are in comfortable tidy Share Houses (SEE SAMPLE PICTURES) in Salisbury, Playford, Elizabeth and Davon Park, near Craigmore, Blakeview, Munno Para, Hillbank and Andrews Farm. EACH ROOM IS FURNISHED WITH A SMART TV WITH REMOTE-CONTROL, FRIDGE/FREEZER, MADE UP QUEEN-SIZED BED WITH SIDE TABLES, CHEST OF DRAWERS AND FREE GIFTSET (SEE PICTURES). The share kitchens have TOASTERS, MICROWAVE OVENS, KETTLES, POTS PANS, CUTTLERY AIR FRYERS AND SMALL STOVES all built in. The Laundries have AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINES AND IRONING BOARDS AND IRONS. Outside the GARDENS have FREE GAS BBQs. There are SMALL HOUSE LIBRARIES.
There is FREE off-street parking and storage.

DESCRIPTION OF ROOMS/HOUSES AREAS - THE PLAYFORD, ELIZABETH & SALISBURY AREAS. There are MOVIE THEATRES in the two main shopping centres with food courts having pies, pasties, pork pies, beef cuts, chips, rolls and salads. pasta, curries, sushi and miso, spring rolls and chilly food, fried chicken, and pretzels. There is novelty, and clothes shops and big stores. There is FREE WIFI AND INTERNET in the big LIBRARIES. There is an INDOOR HEATED Olympic size SWIMMING POOL with water slide and spa. There is a bowling alley, darts club, basketball clubs, tennis clubs, cricket clubs, soccer, rugby, squash, badminton, cycling, yoga, tai chi, dancing, and walking clubs. There are gardens and parks with water features and walking trails. There are two main hospitals and lots of nearby medical centres. Elizabeth is the home of the "Bulldogs" and an "Adelaide United" soccer training ground also enormous lawn bowel grounds and massive tennis courts. Within ten minutes walking distance, train and bus lines run up and down the length of the towns continuing to Adelaide 30 minutes and Gawler 15 minutes.
