About the flatmates
Hello! My housemate and I are looking for someone to join us in our 3 bedroom house in Daw Park. It is a lovely 1960s home just a 15 minute drive from the CBD, as well as very close to bus stops that get you into the city (5 minute walk!) It is also a 20 minute drive to lovely Seacliff beach.
You would be living in a bedroom which has a window view of the back garden. There is a queen bed provided as well as a wardrobe and set of drawers with a small mirror attached. Rent is $250 per week including bills!
We have a nice backyard with a small verandah which has a treadmill and places to sit. We often have birds visit us here.
About us:
Aleef is a graduate of architecture, and he is working full time at an architecture firm in the city. Aleef likes going on walks, playing board games and cooking and baking.
I am a composer for film and theatre and I work a casual job. I love watching films, playing board games and reading.
We enjoy socialising and playing board games and watching movies but also like our own time as well. We’re looking for someone who would be keen to hang out and have a drink every now and then.
