A medium size room -
It takes less than 15 minutes to drive to Salisbury, Elizabeth, Virginia, Edinburgh Park, Gepps Cross etc.
There's a bus from Salisbury to Elizabeth. If you go anywhere else regularly, it will help to have a car. There is space for a small car in the driveway.
There is a bathroom with shower, bath and a separate toilet. One of us is allergic to cats and this house is an animal free zone. The new tenant will start on a 3-month trial and if that goes well, is welcome to stay for 12 months. The house is a 4-bedroom house, with one room being used for storage.

The house is well stocked with kitchen essentials, cleaning equipment etc. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. It would be a tight fit to put other furniture in the room. The bedroom photo has a single bed and the room currently has a double bed but I can't upload that photo. Sorry, I'm tech challenged! I could upload some photos, but not others and this is the only bedroom photo I could upload. The bedroom has air-con and a ceiling fan.

About the flatmates
Hi fellow renters,
We are looking to fill the last room in our friendly house. Currently, we are two ladies aged 30 - 50. Roza works shiftwork and Juanita studies website development. We are looking for a single woman, no couples. We don't smoke, rarely drink and are looking for someone with similar habits.
Foodwise - we are quite healthy and diverse. We love to have a chat about life, share dinner sometimes and would welcome someone to share in this wonderful experience, especially if you can cook :) Roza does the lion's share of the cooking, because her food is so wonderful!
