Beautiful modern house in a quite but accessible area. 3 rooms available in a modern 4 bedroom house. The 3 rooms are all fairly similar in size being around 3.5x3.5m with slight variance. Rooms are priced in order of size. All rooms feature built in robes. Air con is available in all rooms through a central ducted system and most rooms feature individual adjustment.

The 3 rooms for rent all share one bathroom that features a split off shower and bath, sink area and two toilets.

All rooms can come partially furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and desk chair but they can be removed upon request.

The house features a modern kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen also features plates and cutlery for use by tenants. There is a large BBQ available for use out on the alfresco. The kitchen is shared with the owner.

Laundry features a large washing machine.

There is also a pool available for use by all tenants.

House is located near Eden Hills train station. Nearest shops are in Blackwood with Aldi, Coles and Woolworths only being a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away,
