It’s a stand out property that I’m forever upgrading it has a entertainers back yard with a spa lounge bbq table and chairs lots of plants and lighting I like smart things so a lot of smart lights and power points so on I’m out a lot and I don’t stress about the house much as the neighbours are great and I have a lot of cameras keeping a eye on it there is off street parking and will be sorted once your here. I’m abit of a weird sleep schedule as owning my own business isn’t as easy as once thought

About the flatmates
I’m 27 gay but don’t seem it haha am in a relationship but kinda working things out I love having a very clean home and want it to stay that way I’m struggling to cover bills and maintenance on my own due to being at work a lot I’m a mechanic that has started his own business so it’s hard right now the house is big and has a nice bathroom all updated and the back yard is big with a spa and lounge area and outside table at night it’s very beautiful with all the solar lights it’s quite the site it has always been a house you don’t expect it to be so nice it has wifi and I have cameras covering the yard and one in the common area as I’m not home much and like to keep a eye on the cat. Would be nice to have someone to help with the upkeep and just have a lough with.
