This place really suits someone who’s looking for a calm, well-run home rather than a typical share house. With only myself living here, shared spaces stay clean by default, there’s no noise or crowding, and the house feels more like your own than a rental. If you value personal space, mutual respect, and an organised living environment, this setup works extremely well long-term.
The current tenant moving out (28F) has lived with me for years now but is seeking her own place. Ideally, I’m looking for one housemate, as the home is set up perfectly for a two-person arrangement. The bedrooms are unfurnished by default, allowing you to set it up how you like. However, I am open to furnishing the room for the right person if that’s preferred, with rent adjusted accordingly. Happy to discuss what works best depending on your needs. Lastly, the scheduled lease switch date is as listed but can accomodate earlier move in dates given the three bedroom nature of the house. My name’s Brayden (27M) and I’m the sole tenant of the home. I’m a licensed professional and spend most of my time either working or studying. Outside of that, I’m big on health and fitness, so the rest of my free time is spent staying active or heading to markets to pick up fresh produce.
As an engineer, I value structure, systems, and order, and I’m looking for someone who appreciates a similar approach to shared living. I’ve lived with a range of housemates over the years — some great, some less so — so I’m fairly attentive to maturity, communication, and mutual respect.
