Beautiful large house in safe quiet suburb - only 1 mins walk to shops including foodland, chemist, post office and cafes plus take away shops.
1 min walk to bus stop - access flinders hospital plus more.
Move in date TBD (around end of Feb/march.
Hi, I’m Elouise (35) and I’m looking for one housemate to share my lovely, spacious 4-bedroom home in Flagstaff Hill — plus my beautiful, quiet 7-year-old greyhound, Lambo.
The Space
You’ll have:
• Two medium-sized bedrooms (use one as a bedroom and the other as an office, lounge or wardrobe)
• main bathroom/toilet with bath for yourself (I have an en-suite)
• Large undercover garage (for your car or storage) with electric roller door.
The house is fully furnished apart from your rooms (happy to discuss furniture if you’d like to bring some — I also have a king single bed available).
The House
• Recently renovated with a large white kitchen and loads of storage and bench space
• Induction cooktop, electric oven, air fryer & other appliances
• Dining area + large lounge room with gas fireplace
• Ducted reverse-cycle heating & cooling throughout
• 55” Samsung Frame TV
• Netflix (can split), Prime included
I also have a 3D printer you’re welcome to use (purchase your own filament)
There’s also:
• Large undercover outdoor entertaining area + pizza oven
• Deck and big front & back yards filled with fruit trees including figs, dragon fruit, cherries, lemon + more.
• Great space for having friends and family over
Separate large laundry (if you have a washing machine - great) otherwise I’ll get one when the current tenant moves out. I don’t use a dryer but if you want to bring one you can.
Costs
• Rent includes two rooms, bathroom and garage to yourself.
• Electricity, gas & water - split evenly (fair use — happy to adjust if one of us uses more)
internet (NBN 500mbps split around $35-40 ea a month.
• Gardener/lawn mowing every couple of months (shared cost)
• Open to splitting a cleaner occasionally
Ideal Housemate
Perfect for someone who enjoys their own space, working professional, or is rarely home (FIFO welcome), or someone who would love to have a friend and enjoy hanging out occasionally, having wine and cooking dinners etc and wants a beautiful, calm home without having to pay $550+ for a small run-down house/unit.

Hi I’m Elouise, 35yo professional pet photographer. I mostly work from home but have photo sessions 1-3 times a week outdoors. I also have client meetings about once a week/fortnight in the lounge that go for about 30-60 minutes (I’ll always work these around your schedule)
I’m easy-going, quiet, clean and respectful. I enjoy wine, cooking, chatting, watching TV, going for drives, visiting wineries and the beach in summer.
About Lambo 🐾
Lambo is a very lazy, quiet 7yo Greyhound — no barking at all! no smell, very friendly with people, kids and dogs. He mostly sleeps, follows me around and does the occasional 30-second zoomie. Apart from that, you’ll barely notice he’s there!
