About the property
Our house is very homey and cozy! Both the dining and living room are connected to the kitchen. This simultaneously makes the house feel spacious and full. The common areas are also far enough from the rooms that you can have privacy from the rest of the house.
It is a 15-minute drive from the CBD or Henley Beach. On the other hand, you can bike and it will only take you about 25 minutes either way. There is also a bus stop just at the end of the street (1-minute walk).
