My name is Philip I am passionate, respect and a person of integrity .I have double storey house,states in Gawler East new suburb (Spring Wood)my house has seven large bedrooms, great balconies at the front and beside,at the moment house is full, two rooms will be available in mid of January 2026, All rooms are furnished .My house stated in 300metters from Drakes shopping ,7 minutes driving from Gawler shopping centre and 7 minutes from Gawler train stations.The house also located nearby Trinity College 10minutes driving and two minutes driving to Gawler primary school.My house is new house and there's a lot of views when you're in balconies .I would like to hear from you if you're interested living in this stunning house.zI also have tow listing, Gawler East and Munno Para West, my sister also has houses located in ,Andrew's Farm, Smithfield Plains, and (River Lea) River Park suburbs ,if you're interested in that areas,let me know ,there are some rooms that are ready now.
