About the property

We have a large room with a double bed available in our spacious home. It's set on a large block with a beautiful garden backing onto the River Torrens. You can step out onto Linear Park for an easy 2km walk or ride into the city during the Fringe Festival and/or WOMAD or head the other way toward the Adelaide Hills along the river.
Although we're only 5 minute drive from the CBD, our street is quiet and the riverside location make it feel like you're living in the country! We love the peaceful setting with koalas, kookaburras and other native wildlife visiting the garden frequently.
The neighbourhood is safe and friendly, with a supermarket, cafes, library, post office and bus stops all within easy walking distance.

About the flatmates
I'm an easy going, spontaneous part time worker, part time traveller but two young adults who live in the house full-time. You must be comfortable with our dogs who are very much part of the family.
We are a relaxed household and although we are vegetarian, you're welcome to cook meat on the BBQ outside. Although it's a 4 room house, we are only looking to rent out one room during the Adelaide Fringe Festival (for now).
