Standard Room 4
I had a wonderful time there. Mark, the landlord, is a really nice person who helped me on many occasions. I can’t thank them enough.
The room is very nice and clean and I love the queen bed and the amenities (toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, lots of sockets and more).
There is plenty of space in the room to put things away and there is also a large storage area in the kitchen and bathroom. I never had to worry about where to put things away.
I was very sad to have to leave the house and would have liked to stay longer, but I hope the next visitor will like the house.’
I’m so glad to have met you and stayed in the house. I will cherish the memories I have there, hope you have great days.
Best regards,
Nayu (Japanese Restaurant worker, November 2024)

I’ve had a fantastic experience living in this shared house, which is why I’ve returned twice. The house offers a warm, welcoming environment, with great housemates and excellent management. The atmosphere is friendly, respectful and offers a level of great privacy. The communal spaces are well-maintained, and the house strikes a perfect balance between socializing and personal space. Both times I stayed here, I appreciated how affordable and the overall comfort of the living space. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable shared living experience!
Kind regards

I am one of your former tenants from December 2021 - January 2023. I can't remember the day now.
However, I wanted to reach out and express my long-overdue gratitude for the exceptional experience I had renting from you. Despite losing your phone number after changing mine, your email remained, and I'm glad to finally share my appreciation.
Here is my long-overdue review for you.
''Mark stood out as an amazing landlord, making his rental business convenient, detail-oriented, and respectful of tenant's privacy. Among all the rental places I've stayed, Mark's rental place was the best.
I cherished my time at Mark's rental, feeling safe and supported, especially during my quarantine. Mark thoughtful gestures, such as ensuring each tenant had fridge space, made a significant difference.
My room was perfect, equipped with:
Mini fridge
Microwave
TV
Study table
Kettle
Aircon
Heat and ceiling fan
Large mirror on the wardrobe
I also appreciated Mark's sustainable approach, growing vegetables outside for tenants to enjoy.
I'd give Mark rental place a 5 star rating for the safest and most convenient rental experience I've ever had.''
Thank you, Mark, for being an outstanding landlord.
Best regards, Gene

Thank you so much Mark for letting me be a tenant. I had a wonderful time. The house provides you personal space as well as opportunity to interact with other housemates. The kitchen is large so you get your own space to put your things separate to others. Nice, quite and peaceful place to stay. Also, having both the dryer and washing machines are very handy in winter. Plenty of places to sit and study outside ones’ own room. If I was ever in Adelaide again, I would be sure to contact Mark to stay there again. Mark is an absolutely lovely host. He is also very kind and gave me lift to airport.

Standard Room 5
I would firstly like to state that it has been a delight having Mark as a landlord. I have had a pleasant time whilst living here and there's nothing that I can fault on his performance.
The house itself is extremely well organised and designed. The fully furnished bedroom with the inclusion of a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle is very practical, as it helps reduce use in the main kitchen. The bedroom also provides adequate storage space, with plenty of shelves, drawers and even a lift up bed. Also with two roommates being allocated to one bathroom it helps reduce waiting times, so generally it is free with no issues.
As an individual, Mark is very easy going and friendly. I have felt very comfortable with him and it's great when he is out and about in the house because he happily has a quick chat. He maintains great communication with us tenants through both SMS and face to face. If something were to affect the household in any way he always gives us plenty of notice and keeps us up to date eg: power outage. When something stops working or breaks and he is notified about it, he is always onto it promptly and encourages us to let him know of any further issues. He has great maintenance of the house. With that being said if I were ever in the position of needing a sharehouse again this is the place where I will come back to.
Regards Samantha.

Standard Room 5
I moved into Target Hill Road sharehouse beginning of February 2021. I only planned on staying a couple of months, but I ended up staying longer, it was so easy and comfortable. Mark has always been very welcoming and friendly, I found him very approachable and if anything regarding the house needed addressing, he attended to it straight away.
The property is very spacious which allowed me to have my privacy and peace. I thought living with 4 other females the house would be busy and loud, however the house is very quiet and peaceful. The other girls in the house were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Especially (name) It was a pleasure to live across from her she is a very lovely easy-going girl. The house has great facilities including two washing machines and a large kitchen, plenty of space for social gatherings. The room even includes a microwave and a TV which I found to be such a bonus compared to other shared homes.
I'd happily recommend this share house to others.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you again Mark and wish you all the best for the future.
Warm regards

En-suite Room 1
I lived in the first room with the ensuite from the end of July 2020 to April 2021 where the bed was very comfortable and it is a nice and easy space to move into where you can have everything within access. The kitchenette was good. The shower and bathroom were very clean in the ensuite. It felt very homey and Mark was an amazing landlord who replied and helped when needed and something wasn't working. He allowed me to have family and friends over for dinners. He also is easy to chat with.

Having Mark as a landlord has by far made my current living situation the best I've ever been in. He is respectful and understanding in every way and always makes sure to tailor to your needs if you have any doubts or issues with your living arrangements. Although it is sad for me to be moving out, there is no one else I would recommend higher than Mark as a landlord.

My name is Angela (student), I have lived in room 2 for a year and 3 months (now 17 months). This has been the best house I've ever stayed at cause the house is massive and the rooms are pretty great size, all the rooms has it's own usual appliances like microwave, toaster etc and it has a recently built air conditioner which is great for summer and winter for those hot and cold nights, the room is good if you want to keep to yourself etc. House is always kept neat and tidy, public transport is pretty good and easy to catch to and from the city or Salisbury. The shops is close by its only 15 min walk from the house.
Mark is a very good landlord, if you ever wanted assistance with anything he'll do it, all in all it has been great living here.

I have lived in this place for few months. The room is good size with a queen bedroom. The room also is facilitated with bar fridge and TV. There are a few shopping centres within 10-15 mins drive.*** The house environment is very peaceful and very comfortable to live in. The kitchen is massive and includes everything you would need for cooking. The bathroom is getting renovated very soon, which will be a bonus for new roommates. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Also, Mark is very helpful landlord and he always there to help you with any issues. Enjoy the place,

Standard Room 3
My name is Zuhura (Uni student/child care), I am currently living in room 3 and I have lived here for almost a year (now 15 months) after moving out from family circumstances. Since I moved here, it always feels like I am living at my original home with my family. The house is always clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and well maintained and everyone in the house is always friendly. Mark is a truly God sent. Mark is an amazing person and a great heart too. He's always available, willing and ready to help whenever you need him. Mark loves and treats everyone equality no matter where the person is from. Some benefits of living in the house are being allowed to come and go as you please. Having friends and family over with no concern. Each room in the house is set up like a hotel room with equipment available such as toaster, kettle, plates/knives/spoons, microwave, mini fridge/freezer and studying table. The house has a massive kitchen for everyone in the house to use which include massive fridge for everyone and other kitchen utensils and a massive bathroom/toilet. Standard Room 4
I have lived in this house for a year and 6 months. I was the first to rent a room here and I never have any regrets of living here. In short, I made the right choice of moving here. Aside from the distance from where I work and from the shops, the place is breathtaking, peaceful and quiet. The land is spacious and parking space is never an issue. Also, two thumbs up for the comfort and safety. Moreover, you have got everything you needed from the linens, towels, plates, cutleries, fridge, microwave, toaster, etc… everything are provided for by the owner of the house. All you need is to move here, bring your clothes and some of your personal belongings. Your payment is worth it. You do not have to worry about paying the electricity and water bills as it is included already in your payment per week. Mark has been very good to us since day one. He is always there whenever we need his assistance. He is open minded, a good listener, helpful, very kind, warm and accommodating. He is like our father here. He is clever, simple and down to earth. Furthermore, Mark has a vegetable garden at the back of the house. He is very generous that he shares the vegetables to everybody.
In summary. Living here is a paradise. You look younger and brighter because it has a stress free environment which is a good place to relax after work and on your days off. It is an ideal comfort zone. =)

Standard Room 5
My name is Esther , I have lived in ... room 5, for nearly a year now after moving out from (family) circumstances. I was welcomed in to the house with wide arms. Told if I ever needed anything just to ask. Mark is amazing with helping out with mechanical and small issues inside that might come to ahead. Some benefits of living at the property was being allowed to come go as you please. Having friends and family over with no concern. Each room is set up like a one bedroom house I loved it because I could access everything I needed to i.e toaster, kettle, microwave and most cleaning products. It really is a special safe living environment. You can either
branch out and build relationships with other residents or stick to yourself and follow you dreams, as you live great accommodation for the money and beautiful company.
Thanks again to Mark for being so understanding
