Renting out the front room. Must be clean and tidy, respectful, easy-going and like dogs.
There is not a lot of room for furniture or storage so would suit someone for short term or with not a lot of stuff.
I am a middle aged man and look after a beautiful border collie dog. I work from home a few days of the week, so it would be essential that we get along. There is a shared bathroom, but also an extra toilet next to the room. Can get a double bed for the room if needed.
