About the property
Hey!
We’re Ali and Lucy, two best friends who met overseas and are looking for a housemate to join our little home by the sea.
The house is right by the ocean and next to a conservation park, so it’s a pretty dreamy spot. The room is quite small but cozy, it has a fan and a window that looks out onto the enclosed backyard with some hedges.
Ideally we’d love to live with someone around a similar age who’s working or studying, and hopefully make a friend, not just a housemate.
You’ll need to be happy to sign the lease which ends in November 2026. Bills are not included but usually amount to an extra $70 per month. We are not in a rush, just looking for the right fit.

About the flatmates
Ali (25, from Tanzania) is on a working holiday and works full-time for PIRSA, so she’s out of the house most days. When she’s home she loves sketching, studying, reading, and doing puzzles.
Lucy (25, from NZ) is studying a Bachelor of GIS at Flinders Uni and works for both the Uni and PIRSA. I’m into rock climbing, studying, reading, and spending time outdoors.
We’re pretty social and love a good chat and shared meals, but we’re also both busy with study and really appreciate quiet time too.
We’re looking for someone who’s respectful, easy-going, and keen to join in on dinners or the occasional board game.
