My home has plenty of space to comfortably share with others (female)

You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and study/sitting room. The kitchen, laundry, dining room and garden are all shared spaces.

All linen is provided and set up presents more like an Airbnb rather than shared accommodation. $100 cleaning fee/washing fee due at end of stay.

A minute’s walk from the Unley Park train station and then a 10 minute trip into the city with connections to other destinations on the train line OR a minute’s walk to the bus stop (15 min zone) which takes you directly into town, Marion or elsewhere (200 line).
Alternatively, a 10 minute walk to Goodwood Road gives you access to the G10 buses to Flinders University or Goodwood Tram stop.

Within easy walking distance are a number of local cafes including all that King William Road offers with cafes, shopping and great restaurants.

It is a 15 minute walk to the local library, Aldi and Mitcham shopping centre (supermarkets, cafes, cinema etc)

I have a peaceful and private back garden with a choice of places to sit and relax.
