About the property
Hi, I'm Alex, a flight instructor who values peacefulness and my own personal space. I work during the week so will mostly be at home in the evenings and weekends.
I have 2 rooms available in a recently renovated house with a communal living/dining area, rumpus room, kitchen, laundry; in addition to a large outdoor area with a pool!
The house is about a 10 minute drive or 35 minute bus ride from Flinders University and about 20 minutes from the city.
I am open to people staying with dogs or other small pets excluding cats since im allergic - sorry cat people.
Initially you would have your own bathroom until the second room is ocupied. I am open to renting both to the right person at a reduced rent.
