About the property
I am looking to have someone help me with rent. There is a spare room with beautiful lighting and you would have your own bathroom, only to share if you have guests. The room has a built in wardrobe and has carpet. The bathroom includes both a bath and shower. I have my own ensuite and so you would have them to yourself.
I have attached pictures of when I first moved in, but apart from the spare room, everything is furnished. I also have a small herb garden which you are free to use responsibly. If you like gardening there is a little more space to add more plants.
I have a washing machine and dishwasher already set up, as well as a full kitchen with airfryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, and all equipment necessary which you are welcome to use.
I do have a dog living with me, a small cavoodle called Apollo. He might love you to death but is a cutie otherwise. I welcome other pets but I am allergic to cats and would ask that you don't apply if you have a cat already please.
Shared spaces would be kitchen, lounge/dining, laundry, and backyard. I have a small driveway so you would need to park on the road.
