Hi, I'm a 29 y.o female working as an exercise physiologist and a disability support worker. I enjoy going on hikes, riding my bike and going down the beach. I'm looking for a housemate of similar age to stay for around 6 months however this is flexible and can be extended. I have 2 cats that are indoor/outdoor pets and are very well behaved.
The room is a queen size bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) with a built-in wardrobe. The home is located within walking distance to Westfield Marion, the Seaford train line and the beach. All bills are included in rent.

I enjoy spending time with my family and having some down time after a busy week. I also enjoy board games nights and heading down the beach. I take pride in keeping the house clean and tidy to make it feel more homely.
