About the property
I am looking for someone to join my in my lovely 2 bedroom place in Kensington Gardens. The house is fully furnished (except for your bedroom, which includes a ceiling fan and aircon/heating). Additional storage in the hallway if needed too. Modern bathroom & kitchen, with a spacious lounge, and a projector for movies.
The house also has a courtyard for dinner parties and a small garden which I will be working on (hopefully a veggie patch)! I try to do new upgrades on the home, where possible.
The house is close to Aldi, Woolworths, cafes, walking trails, tennis courts & public transport.

I work full time in the hotel industry, mostly working from home (3-4 days per week).
During the week I keep things lowkey, but am always up for a chat or a late night Messina run.
Weekends usually involve seeing friends, bar hopping, pilates, tennis, hosting dinner parties, baking, live music or heading off camping.
