🏡The house in itself is very comfortable, big bed and enough storing space. Everything is furnished, which is great if you’re moving without furniture.
🐱Danah is very easy-going and has an adorable cat to cuddle with. If you’re looking for a quiet and cosy place this might be perfect for you :))“

It’d be wonderful to have someone who contributes their personal touch to our communal areas whilst remaining clean and tidy. I want you to feel this is your home too 🌞 I’d love for us to be friends and host some wholesome dinners.
Considerate and kind communication are big values for me so I’d like someone who shares that 🙏
Rent is $270pw which includes furnishings, brand new household appliances. Some household consumables are also provided by me (aka cleaning supplies).
Bills are about $30pw
What this house is not:

❎ No more pets sorry, we already have one

About the flatmates
To tell you a little about myself, I’m 24yr-old female. A qualified florist and multi-disciplinary artist 📚 I’m soon to start training to be a support worker for youth.
I love nature and gardening 🌺🌻 I start everyday in the sun, drinking a cup of tea. 🍵 You’ll often find me reading or cooking nourishing food. I prioritise my health and lead a low-tox lifestyle, meaning I use natural alternatives for personal care and cleaning, instead of harsh chemicals. I have big aspirations and I’m a deeply reflective and motivated person. I like socialising but also value my own space.
Currently, I’m undergoing a Chronic Fatigue Recovery program, so I’ll be spending a lot of time at home resting, before I slowly start integrating into life again. 🌱
My cat Pye is friendly and gentle, and pretty independant. He’s an indoor/outdoor cat so does not require a litter tray. He’s a shorthair and I’ve been told by a few people with cat allergies he’s pretty easy to be around.
