Hi! I’m Camilla — I’m 28, work in admin at a university and study part-time. I’ve been living in this house for 3 years now and honestly, it’s one of the nicest, most respectful and peaceful homes I’ve ever been part of.

If you're looking for a clean, secure and relaxed place to live — somewhere with a friendly vibe, but also plenty of personal space — this might be the perfect fit for you.

🛋️ About the Home

This is a beautiful, modern, professionally managed share house (just to clarify — the owner doesn’t live here!). There are three five-bedroom homes side-by-side, each thoughtfully styled with different colours, furniture and layouts.

The house is:

• Fully furnished with everything you need (from quality furniture to pots, pans, and utensils)
• Flooded with natural light and beautifully maintained
• Cleaned weekly by a professional cleaner (from ShinyBright – they only use eco-friendly products that smell amazing 💚)
• Secure – with lockable bedroom doors (key and digital access)
The kitchen and dining area are open, spacious and perfect whether you're cooking solo or enjoying a shared meal. There are a couple of breakout spots around the house if you feel like some quiet time to yourself too. Plus, there's a sweet little grass area out the back — great for relaxing in the sun or chatting with a housemate over a cuppa.

🛏️ Room Options

We have two room sizes available:
• Standard Room – 4m x 4m
Comes with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
• Large Room – 5.4m x 4m

Features a walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning.

All bedrooms are lockable and have their own cupboard space in the fully equipped laundry (yes, your own laundry storage!). There’s also extra storage under the stairs and upstairs for personal items.

🚿 Bathrooms + Laundry

There are 2 bathrooms in the house (tiled to the ceiling, modern, and always sparkling), plus 2 separate toilets. The layout makes sharing easy — and with everyone on different work/study schedules, there’s never a line for the shower.

Laundry includes a washing machine and clothes dryer — and as I mentioned, everyone gets their own lockable cupboard. It’s super organised.

💸 Bills + Inclusions

• Bills are capped at $50 per week per room
This covers electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet, weekly cleaner and gardener.

No surprises or extras — it’s all handled for you.

🚗 Location + Transport

• Bus stop is 5 minutes’ walk away
• The G10 bus runs every 15 minutes straight to the city
• Churchill Centre (just a few minutes’ drive away) has Coles, Aldi, Costco, Kmart and heaps of other shops and services — perfect for groceries, errands, or a bit of shopping
• Semaphore Beach is 18 minutes by car
• North Adelaide & Prospect cafés are 10 minutes away
• Easy street parking available + limited off-street parking (first in, best dressed)

Kilburn is a super central location — quiet, well-connected, and easy to get around whether you drive or rely on public transport.

🌟 Who We’re Looking For

We’re a friendly, respectful mix of professionals and international students who live independently and appreciate a quiet, well-kept space. It’s a mature environment — not a party house — so it suits someone who’s responsible, clean and values personal space and down time.

This isn’t really the kind of house where people are up late blasting music or having lots of guests over. It’s more of a calm, respectful vibe — with a few shared laughs in the kitchen or a chat over dinner when we feel like it.

If you’re someone who’s independent, cleans up after yourself, follows basic house rules (like doing dishes straight away and keeping the space tidy), you’ll fit in really well.

We’re open to both men and women, but this ad is just me — a fellow housemate — letting you know what the home is like from the inside 💛
