The place is completely furnished but there is room for other furniture if you have any.
Perfect location, walking distance to Mitcham shopping center and public transport. 10 mins drive to the city and the hills and only 20 mins to the beach!

I am 33 and male and grew up in the Hills. I am the owner. I live in Perth so i wont be living here. You will be living with one respectful and quiet male in his 30s working full time. I will occasionally swing by to check the condition of the place and carry our maintenance repairs as required. I'm a very respectful and considerate person. I want to have a comfortable home for anyone living here and make sure everything is up to standards to accommodate you.
