We are a young family with an gorgeous 7mnth old lil girl, sharing our space with 2 dogs and a cat.
We are opening our house for the fringe period for short term stays.
Beautiful centrally located home with easy access to shops, gyms, cafes, public transport, Glenelg Beach, Airport the City AND the FRINGE, via bus or Tram.
Fresh Carpets, Curtains and welcoming outdoor area great to unwind after a day at work.
Open plan downstairs dining lounge and Kitchen area. And private bathroom.
We pride ourselves on a clean house with a place for everything.
We have 1 room available (price listed is for a single person all inclusive) (room is suitable for a couple at a slightly higher rate)

Shaeli our 15yr old gentle loving cocker spaniel cross beagle, Scruff our 9yr old majestic princess cat, Bruzzie our 3yr old big boof head gentle giant rottweiler, Arlia our daughter, Adam and I would love to meet you.

About the flatmates
We have opened up the spare room in our beautiful home. (Available for short term stays during the fringe period)
Our house is our castle and our fur babies (Shaeli the dog, Bruzzie the dog and Scruff the cat) Adam and I with our 7mnth old daughter Arlia, would like to share our space with other social, clean, respectful people.
We have recently renewed the carpet, curtains, backyard and refreshed some furnishings, making the space fresh, clean and inviting.
We a preferencing women, but are open to couples, at an additional rate.
All bills included - Gas, Water, Electricity and Internet. As well as the bills we also supply - Toilet paper, cleaning needs, washing powder, paper towel, glad wrap, al foil, baking paper, and all pantry staples (oil, sugars, flours, herbs and spices) (as well as tomato and BBQ sauce Mayonnaise, Mustard, crushed garlic and Butter)
Our House is fully furnished, Linen included (bedding and towels) and a healthily equipped kitchen, for anyone who enjoys baking and cooking all kinds of goodies.
There are 2 separate toilets (1 upstairs and 1 down) and the Bathroom will be your own for the length of stay.
