A single room available in a 4 bedroom house. The house has a large spacious lounge area with open plan living involving the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen area is in great condition with a new oven and pristine gas stove top. The house has recently been painted and is in general good condition. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed and there is a built in wardrobe (photos contain floor plan). There is a double garage - I've currently got an older car so would be mostly happy parking on the street. Hence this area could be used for storage or parking your car there if preferred. There is a small space out the back with lawn to chill out and enjoy any sunshine you can get in the Adelaide winter.
Personally I feel the biggest perk is the location. It's a brisk 15 minute walk to the beach or 4 minute car ride and is situated in a new sub-division - good infrastructure with roads and walking track near-by. There is a train and bus stop each about a 10 minute walk away.

I'm a 32 year old male who currently works as a physiotherapist. I can be a relatively boring cat; mostly enjoy a bit of exercise after work, socialising with mates or watching a good film. We currently have three guys in the house. One gentleman is in his thirties and is a landscaper. The other gentleman works as a Fifo worker for 2 weeks on and 1 off.
