HomeLar main goal is to mane any house a home for those who need a place to stay, rather than a short term accommodation with high rates or a fixed 12 months term without any flexibility.
We, Paulo and Giovanna, as immigrants know that many people just want somewhere to settle for a couple of months while studying, working or traveling in Adelaide. While these people want a stable place with better rates than an AirBnb or similars, they also need a flexibility due to visa, work or destination traveling changes and that’s where HomeLar comes to offer you flexibility, reliability and better rates.
We also believe that privacy is essential and although our homes are shared in terms of general areas, as kitchen or living rooms for example, every single room is lockable and is fully furnished so we can decide whether you want to work/study from your room or meet new people and socialise through the shared areas.
