The house is a 3 bedroom spacious townhouse with a small backyard and a park out the front. It is fully furnished with a washing machine and a full sized fridge, most cooking utensils available to use also. Plenty of on street parking available. Close walking distance to transport, unisa campus, aldi, foodland and woolworths.

Both rooms includes a double bed, desk, chair, bedside table and built in wardrobe. Shared bathroom between 2 people only.

Please note this is not a party house. I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, a working professional or student who can clean up after them self and be respectful of the home and each person living there.
