About the property
This is 3 bedroom studio house, with one room used as a study. It is an open plan kitchen/living area and there is one bathroom with seperate toilet. There is a covered area outside and some area to grow veggies along the side. There is also undercover parking in the carport for 3 cars total.
Location: 10minute walk to the shops and 10 minute walk to the train station. Very quiet neighbourhood, mostly surrounded by families and students.
I bought the house 3 years ago and having been living with a friend for the last year. She is now moving back home to save for a house and so looking for a new housemate. Ideally for 1-3months to start with and then plan to extend this if we get on. Really just looking for the right fit and so not in a rush to have someone move in.
The place also comes with an adorable and very energetic cavoodle called Hugo (2.5yo) and so if you do not like dogs then this is unfortunately not the place for you.

Hey, my name is Frances and I'm 37. Originally from Adelaide but lived in London for 5.5 years. Have had housemates here and over there. Ive always got on well with my housemates and am still good friends with them (despite the distance). I'm pretty laid back, just looking for someone easy going to live with.
I work full time as a Physio and so am out during the day. I am up early walking Hugo every day and not really a night owl.
