About the property
The room:
It comes with a large built-in robe, and you’ll have your own bathroom (the main bathroom) as I use the ensuite. The room is located at the front of the house, mine is at the back, with shared living spaced in between - so good privacy. Includes driveway parking, and is walking distance to local shops and transport including buses and trains. Bills (water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent, internet is not included, but available. No couples, sorry.
The place:
The place is clean, relaxed, and easy-going - I like things tidy but not obsessive. We also have two small, super friendly (and occasionally a bit silly) cocker spaniels and one outdoor only cat, who is never really around. The dogs are part of the household and love people.

This place would suit someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable space, prefers living with just one housemate rather than a busy share house, and isn’t into hosting big parties. You are respectful with shared spaces, clean but not obsessively so, and have open communication and mutual respect. LGBTQ friendly!
