Hi I'm looking for someone to rent a room! :D

I have rented with many people before and I am happy to adapt to suit your lifestyle. My place remains very private and quiet. I am single with no pets.
Easy to get into the city and Flinders campus by bus and train. Close to multiple large ovals.
I have air conditioning in the main room. Shared washing machine and two sets of hangers. New fridge/freezer with plenty of space.
The Unit is separated for the next unit by two brick garages so there is no noise coming through. Also the street is near a dead end around the corner, so it remains very safe and quiet.
Easy garage for parking (I don’t have a car so its all yours!), plus a large area for visitors to park off the road.
The bathrooms set up is convenient as the toilet is separated from the shower.
Regarding the room, I will be adding in a desk with draws and a study chair, plus a clothes hanger.
The room has a large and quite private view with a tree. The Unit is far back from the road, creating more privacy for the window.
