The available room is the back bedroom (approx. 2.8m x 3.45m), unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe and heating/cooling. You’ll share the main bathroom with one person.
The location is super convenient—close to the beach, Flinders Uni and just a short walk to the train station.
Bills (electricity, gas, internet, etc.) are split evenly between housemates.

Hi, I’m Visna.
I (Visna) am in my 30s and work FIFO, so I’m often away for periods of time. When I’m home, I like to keep things relaxed. I enjoy gaming, building Legos, and binge-watching shows, but I also love being outdoors when I can. I do vape but always respectfully—never around others if they’d prefer not.
The other person is also in his 30s and works a regular 9–5. He’s into the gym, lives a very healthy lifestyle.
We’re both tidy, considerate, and like to keep the home comfortable and respectful. When we’re around, we’re social but also give each other space.
We’re now looking for someone—male or female—to take over the back bedroom. No couples as the house would be a bit crowded when I am off work.
