This room (Bedroom 3) has aircon, a large wardrobe, and can come furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, and drawers. Located adjacent the main bathroom, which will be the bathroom allocated to the future housemate, this bathroom is to be shared only with other household guests.
This room is suitable for singles or couples, noting for couples there will be a price increase.

Hi my name is Maddy, I’m in my early thirties and am seeking expressions of interest for a future housemate to move in with me.
I’ve been lucky to have some really great housemates to date (a mix of men and women), it’s important to me to find someone who is the right fit, so prior to confirming anyone I will be asking to complete a face time and a meet/greet.

I work full time in an office based role, working from home a couple of days a week. Bedroom 2 is set up as my office for when I work from home.
I'm an avid traveller and have stamps from around the world, but when I'm home I like staying active with gym, beach walks, hiking, and running. I love watching sport, the latest drama series on Netflix, camping along the coast, travel, time at the beach. I am considerate and tidy. I enjoy sharing dinners and wines with friends to wind down from a busy work week, combined with some rest and recovery.
I enjoy a house blend between music, chatting and socialising, mixed with some quiet time.
