1 bedrooms available currently, bedroom three on the floorplan. On street parking is limited as its a small street but we have another connecting road not far.
Unlimited Wi-Fi, bills included, though may be small excess if air-con is used large amounts. Shared bathroom with bath available, laundry with seperate toilet and washing machine and dryer available.
Please note we are unable to add additional people to the lease, this would be a handshake agreement for rent and bills. Therefore no bond payable. Current lease ends March 28th 2027 as we've just been renewed.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth and I'm looking for a new roommate/s. I work full time from home in Insurance and I'm also studying health and nutrition full time. I've got two cute kitties who live here with me, Oreo and Hobbes. Jess is our other current housemate, she's a working nurse and we love to have a good chat and a get together.
I'm originally from Victoria but moved to Adelaide about 7 years ago. I like to read and write and do lots of crafts. I like to collect plants as well and I'm trying to bring a bunch of green into the house. Love a good cup of tea and to get outside for picnics and walks.
