Hi, We looking for roomies in our Modbury house. Rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. We have appliances such as fridges and a washing machine. We are looking for people who can use our house clean and respect other people. Sorry -we don't accept any animals, smokers and party people. A single bedroom is available at $170 bill exc.,. A separatw toilet and bathroom will be shared by max 3 people. One room is available from 5th of Jan and the other available available from 29th of Jan.
