Morphett Vale, Adelaide

Mordern, spacious house located at Morphett Vale with four bedrooms and there will be only four people living in the house at max. On and off street parking, plus a spacious car port with roof.

Room 4 is the smallest room and up for rent. It's sized at 2.30 x 3.30 m² and furnished with a new single bed/matress. Has a built in wardobe, and is located at the back of the house and next to the kitchen. Shares a bathroom with two other housemates, which is a boy and a girl. I live in front of the house in the master room and have my own bathroom so will not be using the back one and it will feel like living with only two other people.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen/laundry with new appliances, kitchenwares, gas cooktop, and cutleries, everything you need will be provided so you don't need to bring anything. Spacious lounge furnished with a couch and a new LG 55inch OLED TV/4K DVD player for your streaming/movie need.

All bills(water,electricity, gas, wifi) are included in the rent. Everything is already connected except for the superloop NBN, which will be connected on the 3rd of February.

For household items I will provide cleaning products for kitchen and toilets, housemates take truns with purchasing rubbish bags, and you will need to bring your own toilet rolls and personal items.

The house is located 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk from Woodcroft Town Centre, which has a spacious car park and various of busninesses such as Foodland, Aldi, Australia post, newsagent, BWS, Cheap as Chips, EB games, Revo fitness and a few restaurants in the building. A servo and Woodcroft Hotel is right across the car park, bunnings Reynella is 4 mins drive. Basically everything you need is quite close. And bus station, Woodcroft College and library is right next to the shopping centre. There's also a small track that's 3 mins walk from house and leads to bus stop 48A on panalatinga road where you can catch bus 733/T723.

I'm looking for a housemate who is quiet, friendly, tidy, can clean after him/herself and keep common areas in an acceptable condition. My ideal housemates would be full or part time working professionals, students, backpackers, or travellers. I'm also happy to consider well behaved, quiet and friendly pets to live in the house or backyard, preferably dogs or cats.

This is also a smoking/drug free house, consuming alcohol is fine as long as you don't act foolish or leave bottles everywhere:). No couples/party manic thank you.
