About the property
The house is in a really quiet area with great neighbours and easy access to supermarkets, public transport. Also nice and close to Marion shopping centre, Brighton and Glenelg.
The house is fully furnished. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, small bedside table, chest of drawers and large built in robe. I can also supply quilt, pillows and sheets if required.
The shared bathroom is quite big with a good sized bath.
No pets and no smokers/vapers sorry.
Please note, this is a rental and the landlord has to approve any people living in the home. To be able to live in the property if we decide we are a good fit I need to provide your full name, email and phone number to my agent and they will send an application to fill out through 2apply.
As this is a rental, the house is subject to quarterly inspections by the property manager which the landlord also attends.
