About the property

Looking for a relaxed, easygoing housemate to join our home!

The house is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom place with a spacious open-plan living area and a smaller front lounge that’s currently used as a studio. We also have a double garage that can be used as yoga/workout space - complete with some funky lights for a great nighttime vibe! The house has ducted aircon, though we try to use it sparingly to keep costs down.

The room:
•Fits a queen-sized bed and has built-in wardrobes
•Some additional storage is available in the linen cupboard and garage (but limited, so no bulky items)
•Optional bed available

The backyard is a paved courtyard, and while it’s not the most exciting outdoor space yet, you’re welcome to help us improve it in any way! Luckily, we’re close to Morphettville Oval, Oaklands Park Wetlands, and just 5 minutes from the beach, perfect if you love getting outside.

The house has a calm, peaceful vibe, friendly neighbors, and a simple, minimal setup. If you’re looking for a chill, well-located home, this could be the spot for you!

About the flatmates

Hey, I’m Kim. I’m 41 but definitely on the youthful side. I’m into camping, hiking, the beach, making textured art, the gym, yoga and hanging out with my dog who’s a scruffy Jack Russell who’s equally cheeky and chilled. I’m an early-to-bed and early-riser kind of person and I really like a clean, tidy home with a warm, relaxed energy

Bonnie also lives here at the moment (34 years). She’s lovely and easy to get along with. She’s not sure where her work will take her next, so she might stay or she might move on, but for now she’s part of the household.

I’m pretty introverted and really love my downtime, but I also enjoy relaxed, low-key catch-ups with friends. Home is my calm, cosy place to reset, so the house has a friendly, easygoing vibe without being loud or chaotic. It’s a nice balance of feeling comfortable together while still respecting each other’s space.

We are looking for a housemate who enjoys a clean, organised home and is naturally considerate of the people they live with. Someone who is independent, has their own routine, gets out and about would fit in well here. If you’re friendly, motivated, and like a calm, tidy space then send me a message :)
