This will be available early March 2026. I am a single mum of a 13yr old boy, looking for a like minded, financially stable, friendly woman to share my rustic log cabin home. It is surrounded by a large garden, walking/bike tracks and huge gum trees that line the nearby creek. It feels like I'm in the country but am actually within walking distance to the shops, cinema, bus stops and parks. The space I am offering is an unfurnished, airy, sunny, upstairs studio space divided into 2 large areas, full of natural light. One side is big enough to fit a queen bed and the other larger side can fit a lounge and study space. There is a balcony overlooking the garden, an en-suite and a walk in robe. I am into healthy, organic living. I don't use chemicals in the house or the garden and am looking for a woman who feels as passionately about clean living as me. I love to dance and sing and love 60's rock'n'roll. My garden is huge, plenty of room to entertain and grow your own food. The rent is $270 a week which includes all utilities and the use of my washing machine. Bond is $1200 Wifi would be extra. I'm sorry I can't have any animals or children.

Someone who loves to garden, is clean and tidy and uses natural based cleaners. Absolutely no drugs or alcoholics will be tolerated. I am into healthy, organic living. I don't use chemicals in the house or the garden. I love to dance and sing and love 60's rock'n'roll. There is plenty of space in the to house to be able to retreat into your own private areas when you feel the need. The garden is huge, plenty of room to entertain and grow your own food. This is a quiet street and I have lovely neighbors. I have a walking track close by and it's an easy walking distance to most shops, pool and parks.
