We will not be moving into the property until around May/June 2026 and have 1 unfurnished room available.
The room would mostly suit a fulltime worker, student or anyone in general who understands the respect of a working household in mid-twenties to early 30’s.
Bills will be included in rent.
1 x Bedroom (per person) - $300.00 (a week) paid in advance fortnightly.
The build comes with a fridge, microwave, washing machine that was brand new in June 2025 and more.
There is a Cavoodle puppy at the property so no other animals.

Hey everyone! I run a Private Music and Education Business in Ballarat, Victoria and fell in love with Mt Barker a few years ago. We are very excited to have a home in Mt Barker but due to current work and medical commitments, it'll be up to another 7/8 months before we can move over there. We do not want the house empty in the meantime and hope this will help a few people :)
