About the property
Many of my friends who’ve visited have said this house has a calming presence. It’s more of a home than a house, so feel free to make it yours too.
The place has a high 7-8ft wall and an electric gate, which adds an extra sense of security. There’s one bathroom and an additional toilet (with no door, crazy). Ducted heating and cooling runs through every room. The house works as a “no big light house,” but all rooms have dimmable lights if you prefer.
Your bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. Currently there’s a rug and desk in there that’ll be moved out when you move in, though the rug can stay if you’d like

Hi I’m Jake, I’m a 30 year old working in Cyber Security where I WFH 3-4 days of the week. I appreciate finding time to enjoy and create art. I have a 5 month old well trained golden pup. Her name’s Matilda and she’s everyone’s best mate. I’ve recently gotten back into CrossFit where I train 5-6 days. Ironically, I do occasionally enjoy a cigarette (for those who want to know) but never inside. When I’m home, I’ll usually be relaxing in one of the many chill spots this house has to offer.
