Hi !

We are four people living in a beautiful and spacious house : Louis, Victor, Hannah, Justine, and Baxter (Hannah’s friendly ginger cat). As one of our housemates is moving out, we are looking for a fifth person to join the house and take over the master bedroom.

The room will be available from the 31st of January (rent is $230 per week). The bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished, and we are always happy to make room for additional furniture if you have some of your own. The bathroom is shared.

The house has a large backyard as well as a front yard, two bathrooms, an extra room used as an office and comfortable shared living spaces. There is a driveway with space for parking and a shed available for storage. All bills are split equally between housemates.

The location is very convenient, being close to the city and near O’Connell Street, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport.

We are looking for someone in a similar age range to us, ideally between 25 and 35, who is easygoing, respectful, and happy to share a home with others and a cat. If you are interested, please send us a message with a bit about yourself and we can organise a catch up 😊☀️
