The property itself is a three bedroom townhouse located in a very quite part of Northgate.
A 3 bedroom (all 3 upstairs), 2 1/2 bathroom with a nice size living area and kitchen.
An outdoor pergola with BBQ and table and chairs.
The housemate living with me will have two rooms.
1 room has a queen size bed and two side table with a robe. The other room is to be used as a study or a private lounge. This room also has a robe.
The bathroom has a single basin, good size shower and a bath. This bathroom will be the housemates personal bathroom.
Parking is located across the road 10 meters from the front door, in an area used by residence only.
I will also have a cleaner come through oncer a month to clean the housemates bathroom. This is covered in the weekly rent
