Hi everyone! I’m looking for a third housemate to join our share house from 18 February 2026 on a 12-month lease.

Ideally female professionals with a quiet lifestyle. This is a calm, clean home, best suited to someone who:
* Is very clean and tidy
* Keeps fairly early hours (not a night owl)
* Is non-smoking (no vaping or drugs)
* Has no pets
* Either also works shift work or respects the need to sleep during the day at times.
About me: I’ve just started work as a doctor, so my schedule involves early mornings and early nights with some shift work. I’m quiet, value a clean and organised home, love baking and reading, and strongly dislike gardening. My housemate has just started medical school, and shares the above values for our home.
