✅ Big, comfy rooms — 4 medium-sized front rooms; two of them have built-in wardrobes and split a/c. Plenty of natural light.
✅ Huge front yard — bricked area the size of a basketball court for hanging out, footy, hanging washing or even parking.
✅ Roomy shared areas — large living area, back yard, shed, verandah, and a huge multipurpose room to be renovated later
✅ Good parking — 1 side garage, big bricked front yard and on-street parking spots available.
✅ Backyard & clothesline — roomy backyard with an integrated airer for drying.
THE VIBE
This is a clean, chill, respectful house — people working or studying who want a quiet home to come back to. We keep things simple: respect, tidy shared spaces, and clear communication. Not a party house.

Shared kitchen (big bench space) — bring your cookware or we can sort basic essentials if needed
Laundry area with space for washing machine, airer for drying clothes at the back
LOCATION & TRANSPORT
Easy access to several regular bus routes: 252, 230, 254, 361 — quick links to city, Port Adelaide and the Arndale area, so getting to work, uni or shopping is simple.

Arndale Shopping Centre (Kilkenny) — big supermarket options, pharmacy, food and shops for everything you need.
Port Adelaide Plaza — lots of local shops and eats.
Local cafes, takeaways and services are a few minutes away on Commercial Rd and around Port Adelaide (food, cheap eats and coffee spots).
RENT, BILLS & MOVE-IN
Weekly rent per room: from $220-230/week (depending on the amenities in the room)
Bond: 2 weeks rent

Lease: minimum 3 months preferred; longer-term welcome.
HOUSE RULES (short & straightforward)
Keep common areas like kitchen, bathroom, toilet areas tidy and clean.
Quiet hours after 10pm on weeknights (later on weekends if agreed with other flatmates)
Respect people’s stuff and privacy — we’re all adults here.
