About the property
Modern and clean three bedroo + study, 2 bathroom house in Panorama. I'm looking to find a housemate to share with myself (38 year old professional woman) and my mini Groodle, Leo.
Bedroom can be furnished (queen bed and side tables, built in wardrobe) or unfurnished. You will have your own large bathroom with double sinks, shower and spa. Shared kitchen, open plan living/dinning area, laundry, third spare bedroom (could be used for office if needed) and small backyard. Car park behind the gate.
The house is very close to Flinders University and hospital, near bus and train to the city or Marion, with lots of walking tracks in the hills nearby and 15 minutes to the beach.
No pets, children or couples. Looking for someone professional, clean, independent but friendly. I find having bills included in rent is easier, and this includes fortnightly Cleaner, gardner, electricity, gas, high-speed Internet, water etc.
