There’s 2 bedrooms available. anyone is welcome but preferably a couple as the rent is $240 a week ($120 PP) - unless someone is willing to pay that.

I’m sorry about the messy bedrooms in the photos, my previous roomate’s were quite lazy and never helped with chores. - we’re looking for people that understand the want to have a tidy space as well! - as we like to keep our areas as clean as possible.
there’s only one bathroom and toilet unfortunately. The backyard is huge. - I am currently working on getting it nice. Our house screams cottage vibes! we have an old stone bbq out the back - still works. One bedroom comes with a sliding wardrobe and the other room doesn’t. We have a spare bedframe, bedside table, mattress and couch, so one of the rooms are semi-furnished. Our roomate’s our moving out mid february.
