A modern, well maintained three bedroom unit in a quiet Pooraka location, offering a calm and comfortable place to live. The home is light filled and thoughtfully laid out, with an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area and a private enclosed verandah that’s great for relaxed evenings or casual dinners.

The house has one main shared bathroom for the household, along with a separate toilet. Bedroom 2 is a comfortable, well sized room with a built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and good natural light, making it a great space to settle into.

The location is also a big plus. The house is close to Mawson Lakes, with easy access to supermarkets, gyms, and local shops, and is well connected by bus routes into the city, making day to day life and commuting simple.

The house will be shared with a professional couple who both work full time. We’re social and friendly, enjoy a chat and spending time in shared spaces, but we’re not a party house and also really value our own downtime.

We’re looking for a like minded flatmate in their mid to late 20's/early 30's who works full time, enjoys a friendly, social home, and is also respectful of shared space. Cleanliness and consideration genuinely matter to us, so this would suit someone who naturally cleans up after themselves, takes pride in shared areas, and treats the house like a home rather than just a room. We love an easy chat and shared time in common areas, while also respecting each other’s routines and downtime. If you’re tidy, communicative, and comfortable contributing to a positive household, you’ll fit in well here. If that’s not your thing, this probably isn’t the right match.

The photos in this listing are stock photos, and the house will be unfurnished when we move in. We’ll be moving into the property in mid January and setting the house up from scratch, and we won’t have much furniture initially. Ideally, the new flatmate will either have some furniture to contribute to shared living areas or be happy to purchase their own pieces for the space. We’re keen to create a home that feels comfortable, welcoming, and well thought out from the beginning, and are looking for someone who enjoys being part of that process.

Bills are not included in the rent and will be split three ways as they come in.

We don’t have access to the house until 16 January and are currently in New Zealand, but we’d love to jump on a video call first to see if we could be a good fit before arranging in person viewings once we have the keys.
