Room for rent in Port Adelaide - $190 per week excluding utilities and internet. Room has a window and built in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. Guest will share a bathroom with one of the other housemates. Bathroom is big and has a shower / bath. There is room on the top floor for an additional desk for work from home options if you want don’t want to set up in your room. You’ll have access to a sanded kitchen, fridge, laundry facilities and living room.

You will be living with me, another girl and a small indoor bunny that stays within an enclosure in the living room. Both of us work full time and also work from home on some days so we maintain a quiet sort of environment during weekday work hours. We’re aged around mid 20s and don’t throw parties so looking for someone with similar life style if possible.

Looking for a 12 month lease. Require a 4 week bond deposit and 2 week rent initial deposit prior to lease date.

No smokers, no overnight guests and no pets sorry (bun’s will freak out if there are other animals).

Internet is $20 per month. House is located 300m from the Port Dock train station and has a bus interchange. Woolworths, BigW, KFC and Mcdonald’s located within walking distance. There is also the Port Adelaide train station for the outer harbour line within walking distance.
